ROY L. BURGER - Chairman & CEO: Roy has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of FirstNet Learning, Inc. since 2005 and a Director of the company since January 2003. Under Mr. Burger’s leadership, FirstNet Learning has grown extensively, forging new strategic relationships, and consistently providing quality service and innovative product offerings to a rapidly growing client base. Mr. Burger brings 30 years of business management and ownership experience to FirstNet Learning, including 20 plus years in the equipment leasing and finance industry where he raised more than $2 Billion in both public and private capital and was involved in the initial public offerings of two companies on both the NASDAQ and the NYSE. Over his career, Mr. Burger has been responsible for the development of industry-first sales, marketing and finance programs with Fortune 500 companies, he has founded and built several successful companies, and was instrumental in the acquisition or merger of many more. Mr. Burger has served on the Board of Directors of a number of organizations, including two NYSE companies, and is also active in a number of non-profit organizations. Mr. Burger obtained his BA in Business from the University of Colorado and his MBA from the University of Denver. |

STEVE GRIMES – Chief Operating Officer: Mr. Grimes leads all systems management activities for FirstNet Learning, Inc. He has over 20 years experience in computer systems applications and software engineering including, database development and management, programming and software engineering, and web applications development, implementation, and management. Mr. Grimes works to continuously improve the performance of the Knowledge@Work® Learning Management System, and content authoring and deployment tools through programming enhancements and improved coding efficiency. Mr. Grimes delivers a continuous stream of programming innovations in the process of developing and launching virtual training centers using Internet protocols for clients in both industry and government. He has also developed engineered content packages for translation into multiple languages and the integration of translated materials into web deployed end user environments. Mr. Grimes holds a BA from the University of Colorado. |

Rob Sayers

ROB SAYERS – Finance: Mr. Sayers is a licensed CPA with more than 23 years experience in public and private sector accounting and finance. In addition to working with FNL, he is also President of Windward Financial Group, Inc., a private accounting and financial services firm founded by Mr. Sayers that advises clients in a variety of activities including financial reporting and controls, tax planning, cash management and finance. Prior to founding Windward Financial Group, Mr. Sayers was the Chief Financial Officer for Boulder Capital Group, a commercial finance company. Mr. Sayers played a key role in taking the company public in the largest roll-up IPO in Wall Street history. His responsibilities included all aspects of finance, reporting and administration included negotiation and management of facilities with available credit in excess of $50 million. His experience also includes management with companies such as subsidiaries of Bausch and Lomb, Inc. and Ernst & Young. Mr. Sayers holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado. He is also a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |

DEBI GARRITY – Director of Marketing: General Manager, Director of Marketing, On-air Host, Reporter – all are titles that Debi has held in the last twenty five years. She brings to FNL a wealth of experience in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing and promotions. Beginning her career on-air in television, then moving into producing and expanding into marketing and advertising, she’s worked for and with Subaru of America, Burt Automotive Network and Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, the latter for 11 years where she rose to become the General Manager over U.S. regional offices. For the last few years Ms. Garrity brought her talents to the non-profit world as Director of Marketing for Food Bank of the Rockies, where she helped redefine FBR’s brand image and increased the consistency and reach of their mission’s message, fighting hunger— feeding hope. |

ART TEDESCHI, Director, Products & Services: Though his formal education resides in the hard sciences, Art's career in executive and management positions with Fortune 500 companies spans over 30 years of contributions to the growth and success of those organizations. As co-founder, CEO and Chief Designer of Science Hill LLC, Art developed commercial software products currently in use in the landscaping and irrigation industries. Art's e-learning and learning management system (LMS) industry background was forged while working at Generation21 Learning Systems where he wore several hats ranging from marketing manager to software designer. In 2005, Art joined FirstNet Learning as Business Development/Marketing Manager where he contributed to the design of the current FirstNet Learning product line. Today, Art designs and architects all of FirstNet Learning's products as well as heads the account management, client services, and project management groups. |

CONNIE BEAVERS – Manager of Client Services: Connie’s experience includes over 18 years with Vital Learning Corporation, where she developed new training courseware content in leadership and service based on customer needs, customized existing products based on customer’s needs for clients such as Molex, AT&T, NAPA, Leggett and Platt, Cardinal Health, Boston Scientific, Home Depot and more. Connie has also developed interactive online training courseware from existing classroom courseware, maintained Campuses and Learning Management Systems, and she developed Customer Service training that won the Human Resource Executive magazine’s “Top Ten Training Programs of 2000” award.

JULIE LAVORINI - Manager of Curriculum & Course Development: Julie joined FNL in 2010 and brings more than eleven years of Instructional Design, Course Development
and Management experience at SAIC, Great-West Healthcare, and most recently DISH. She is skilled in
numerous technical applications and has created work for such clients at NORAD, the US Army, the
Federal Highway Administration, and the Internal Revenue Service. Julie has a Masters in Instructional
Technology from Bloomsburg University and a Bachelors Degree in Communications Media from Indiana
University of Pennsylvania.
