Both began their law enforcement careers in 1973. Over the last 37 years each has extended their public safety education and experience, obtaining degrees from law schools while remaining on the force. Their combined 75 years of real world experience in the areas of law, public service and business gave rise to the Lexipol system of risk management, now used by 800+ law enforcement agencies in 9 states, and growing. Lexipol is comprised of an all star team of public safety veterans and subject matter experts.
